It is made from several varieties harvested in the Delta Ebro region, a well-known rice growing area in Spain. It can be drunk cold (around 9℃) or lukewarm (up to 50℃). It is best served as a midday drink, but it is also suitable for getting tipsy in an Izakaya atmosphere with light snacks.
